Oil Colors

This is an acrylic work of Oil Color tubes, a painting knife and a drying oil bottle. It took around 4 hours for the detailing work. This is a subject randomly chosen to try some complex still life for practice.

Scissors

This is a small 10 minute acrylic painting made just for the purpose of illustrating the Light n Shade effect to a sibling of mine.

Knife n Red (Acrylic)

Now this is the same painting from my last post but painted in Acrylic. I love this medium, the reason being its fast drying. It doesn't mess up the whole painting. And when you are doing preplanned large paintings Acrylic is good. But that doesn't mean Oil is inferior. But for me Acrylic is definitely a first preference.

Knife n Red (Watercolor)

This is a quick painting of my painting materials done at my studio just for the sake of a practice after a hectic week. This was painted as fast as possible as Watercolor is such a medium that the more you paint fast, the more fresh it looks. And now the same thing is painted in Acrylic too. That will be uploaded in my next post.

Green Apples(Acrylic On 10" x 10" Canvas)

This is a painting which I didn't want to make.It was originally downloaded from the internet. But due to a constant pressure and encouragemant from my sweetheart, I did it...n lo..the output is in front of your eyes.I am very confident about myself after making it.

Cherries(Acrylic on 10" x 10" Canvas)

One of my recent creations with a view to increase my efficiency. To be frank, this medium gets much more easy when you master watercolour. For me watercolor is the toughest medium. But I love that medium.

Plums(Acrylic On 10" x 10" Canvas)

These are the type of paintings, that I initially hesitated to make because, I didn't know the techniques of "LIGHT n SHADE".But once I learned it, I feel like making them again and again.
